1. The New Holy Nation 

The new name of the Holy Nation that Hashem revealed to us is Taberia. HASHEM promised to turn to peoples who don’t know him, a nation not called by his name.

Isaiah 65:1
I was accessible to those who did not ask; I could be found by those who did not seek me. I said, Here I am! Here I am to a nation not called by My Name

Hashem will choose a second seed of Jacob because the first one was not worthy and rejected his covenant

Isaiah 65:15
And ye shall leave your name for a curse unto Mine elect: ‘So may the Lord GOD slay thee’; But He shall call His servants by another name;

The Messiah promised by Hashem will come from this new people and will come with new teaching

Zephaniah 3:8-10 
8 Therefore wait ye for Me, saith HASHEM, Until the day that I rise up to the prey; For My determination is to gather the nations, That I may assemble the kingdoms, To pour upon them Mine indignation, Even all My fierce anger; For all the earth shall be devoured With the fire of My jealousy. 9 For then will I turn to the peoples A pure language, That they may all call upon the name of HASHEM, To serve Him with one consent. 10 From beyond the rivers of Ethiopia Shall they bring My suppliants, Even the daughter of My dispersed, As Mine offering. 

The new nation will be a new offspring of Jacob; they wll inherit the mountain of Hashem where they will dwell

Isaiah 65:9 (2:2-4)
9 And I will bring forth a seed out of Jacob, And out of Judah an inheritor of My mountains; And Mine elect shall inherit it, And My servants shall dwell there. 

Hashem promised to give a new name different to the name of the previous holy nation (ISRAEL)

Isaiah 62:2
Nations will perceive your righteousness and all the kings your honor; and you will be called by a new name that Hashem will pronounce

Israel will be accepted again by Hashem through this new people

Isaiah 59:20
And a redeemer will come to Zion, And unto them that turn from transgression in Jacob, Saith HASHEM

They will be given the word and God's Spirit as part of the covenant of Hashem

Isaiah 59:21
21 And as for Me, this is My covenant with them, saith HASHEM; My spirit that is upon thee, and My words which I have put in thy mouth, shall not depart out of thy mouth, nor out of the mouth of thy seed, nor out of the mouth of thy seed’s seed, saith HASHEM, from henceforth and for ever.

Hashem will use his new people to return all the scattered sons of Jacob to the land of their fathers

Isaiah 14:1-2
1 For HASHEM will have compassion on Jacob, and will yet choose Israel, and set them in their own land; and the stranger shall join himself with them, and they shall cleave to the house of Jacob.
2 And the peoples shall take them, and bring them to their place; and the house of Israel shall possess them in the land of HASHEM for servants and for handmaids; and they shall take them captive, whose captives they were; and they shall rule over their oppressors. 

The new people of Hashem will go all over the world to preach God's peace. Hashem will make them fourish

Ezekiel 13:10
10 Because, even because they have led My people astray, saying: Peace, and there is no peace; and when it buildeth up a slight wall, behold, they daub it with whited plaster; their oppressors. 

Taberia will be the people of the newly created holy city, New Jerusalem; they will enjoy evarlarsting peace and happiness, no more crying and no more weeping 

Isaiah 65:17-19
An17 For, behold, I create new heavens And a new earth; And the former things shall not be remembered, Nor come into mind. 18 But be ye glad and rejoice for ever In that which I create; For, behold, I create Jerusalem a rejoicing, And her people a joy. 19 And I will rejoice in Jerusalem, And joy in My people; And the voice of weeping shall be no more heard in her, Nor the voice of crying.

2. Israel is no longer Holy

Israel repeatedly rejected Hashem, they continually angered their God, they despised his covenant and preferred to walk the road that is not good, following after their thoughts.

Isaiah 65:2-3
 I have spread out My hands all the day Unto a rebellious people, That walk in a way that is not good, After their own thoughts;  A people that provoke Me To My face continually, That sacrifice in gardens, And burn incense upon bricks;

 Hashem promised to curse the name Israel, they will leave it and will be punished 

Isaiah 65:15
And ye shall leave your name for a curse unto Mine elect: ‘So may the Lord HASHEM slay thee’; But He shall call His servants by another name;

 Hashem rejected the people, the land and his house of Israel like he rejected his house of Shiloh and the whole seed of Ephraim

Jeremiah 7:12-15
12 For go ye now unto My place which was in Shiloh, where I caused My name to dwell at the first, and see what I did to it for the wickedness of My people Israel. 13 And now, because ye have done all these works, saith HASHEM and I spoke unto you, speaking betimes and often, but ye heard not, and I called you, but ye answered not; 14 therefore will I do unto the house, whereupon My name is called, wherein ye trust, and unto the place which I gave to you and to your fathers, as I have done to Shiloh. 15 And I will cast you out of My sight, as I have cast out all your brethren, even the whole seed of Ephraim.
