The Word of God

• The Word of God simply means the commandment or the Law of God HASHEM.  

Deuteronomy 30:12 & 14
12 For this commandment which I command you this day, it is not too hard for you, neither is it far off.
14 But the word is very near to you, in your mouth, and in your heart, that you may do it.

• God's Law created all things... In the beginning HASHEM was alone, he was speaking from his mouth according to his creation plan and things were created

Psalms 33:6
By the Word of HASHEM, the heavens were made; all their army by the breath of his mouth.

• HASHEM was creating all things through his commandments or his laws

Psalms 33:9
For he spoke, and it was done. He commanded, and it stood firm.

• The Law of Hashem contains life and light ... Moses taught that that eternal life is to keep the law or the commandment of God.

Leviticus 18:5 
You shall therefore keep my statutes and my ordinances; which if a man does, he shall live in them: I am HASHEM.

• Abraham was approved by God in his eternal life because he kept his law and his commandments

Genesis 26:5
because Abraham obeyed my voice, and kept my requirements, my commandments, my statutes, and my laws.”

• What God YHWH wants from every human being is to keep his laws and statutes

Deuteronomy 10:12-13
Now, Israel, what does Yahweh your God require of you, but to fear HASHEM your God, to walk in all his ways, and to love him, and to serve HASHEM your God with all your heart and with all your soul, to keep the commandments of HASHEM, and his statutes, which I command you this day for your good?
